A Dream Life - 84 Gundam

I am sorry for making such a dream.
However, if the banker, Mr. David Burns reads my business proposal, our hope is still high.
Firstly, to buy an old warehouse, apply for changing purpose of usage to a virtual reality game center, playing the space war games of Gundam.
Secondly, playing remote control Gundam robots (1:1 size).
Thirdly, live performance of robots shows.
Fourthly, 3D VR Gundam films.
Everyday with maximum admission of players 300 persons.
Public listed company, getting money from shareholders as major capital.
Selling Gundam toys and real robots.
Selling stationery, posters, towels, t-shirts, caps and cups, which printed Gundam image.
Admission tickets including buses pickup services from MTR station.
I have to wait for an evaluation report from the bank, and finding the possible venue. Pray hard please.
