A dream lif - 81 Minshuku

The former subordinates of Carl Smith popped up today and thanked me, it was because of my former business, the first Internet hotel booking company, helped them to start their Minshuku, (Bed & Breakfast accommodations) business in Canada, they had their first bucket of gold.
And their former colleague wants them to invest their Minshuku in Hong Kong.
They ask me for advice.
Well, I did not buy land from Yim Tin Tsai, yet. Because I do not have enough money yet.
However they say I shall be a shareholder, they allow me to deduct my share of capital from profits.
Okay, I want to develop Yim Tin Tsai Island, to make a sea salt spa.

Using the deep sea water and the sea salt in Yim Tin Tsai Island is the selling point of the spa.
