A Dream Life - 74 Allergy

I have nose allergy, I am trying to use coffee to keep my allergy away. But it doesn't work. However coffee can stop swollen.
Anyway, I have a good news, I shall have enough money to pay off my debts of the baby food business.
And I have a bad news, my banker decided to lend me more loans to buy a factory building. My banker told the landlord, (of that factory building), that I shall be able to pay off my debts, and my banker is willing to lend my more money to me in order to buy a 1960's factory building that had been burnt in a fire recently. It's landlord has no money to renovate this building, and no tenants wants to rent the 4th floor.
Landlord said to me that the two late firefighters were my friends, and he believes I can make this building function better.
I said to the landlord, "Unless the government grant me the license to operate some businesses, otherwise I will not buy your building."
I do not need a warehouse, so I telephone my friend, "Hello Sue-king, I know you are looking for a warehouse for your Internet furniture selling business, you may want the ground floor and the 1st floor; at market price rent, please let me know if you want it."
And then I telephone all the computer recycling businesses, telling them that they can rent that place to process their recycling businesses; sellers come to sell their used computers, for every set of used computer (CPU and Monitor, plus keyboard) the buying price is HK$20 per set. And each mobile phone or tablet; scanner, or printer, buying price is HK$5. Sellers must bring their items to the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, or 5th floor of the building, one hand selling product and one hand receiving money. This will help the computer recycling businesses profitable.
Since the public is allergic to the 4th floor, I decided to let it be a garden, no windows but have ceiling fans, with seats and tables, and a counter selling coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages, selling breads and cakes, biscuits.
