I have a science laboratory, and I am developing a flying machine named "Flying Carpet", I don't want to put my products on Internet marketing; because of the delivery cost is too expensive.
My friend is operating an Internet marketing company in Mainland China, the company's sales growth reached plateau, he asks me how to achieve further growth?
Mainland is a huge consumer market, however the cost of delivery from warehouse to customer is too high, now the business remains profitable is by suppressing the delivery cost, especially suppressing the wages. Wages is determined by demand and supply, it is not easy to control.
If the rent of retail shops in China remain low, it is wiser to be a wholesaler, and allows retail shops to serve local residents.
Hong Kong is different from Mainland China, Hong Kong is a high density population city, and the general retail shops' rents are very high, if the products are sold cheaper via Internet marketing than in retail shop; it is a potential sales channel.
For example, if my friend come to Hong Kong helping my other friend, a Northern European furniture retailer, to launch an Internet shop to replaced her present retail shops, she only needs to pay the rent of warehouse, wages of warehouse staff, delivery services, Internet company, she can save the expensive retail shop rental, shop assistants' wages, and provide products in a lower price.
