A Dream Life - 54 Dragon Boat

Dragon boat is a handmade wooden boat, made to order. John Burns last year ordered a dragon boat, and this year he is using this racing boat to enter the yearly championship. I'd told him he must follow the tradition of new boat maiden voyage ceremony. He didn't do that.
Yesterday he and his rowing athletes team mates could not finish the semi-final race because of the boat was sunk. They cannot enter the championship on tomorrow.
John, "The boat was overloaded, that was why it was sunk."
I asked, "You should only allow the designated number of rowing athletes."
John, "Yes, we did. But still overloaded. I've told Andy, Tony, George, Carl, and Peter to lose weight, they made the boat overloaded."
I tried to comfort John, "I know a friend can build submarine; try the dragon submarine championship, and I am sure no one will challenge your champion title."
