A dream life - 50 the chicken and egg situation

Today is Wednesday, horse races at night is canceled, because of the thunderstorm and heavy rainfall. And my buffet dinner at Jockey club is also canceled.
Professor of Economics Mr.Tony Law invited me to dine at the Jockey club restaurant tonight. I telephone him to alter the date till next Wednesday, "Hello Tony, will we dine out again next Wednesday at the same venue?"
Tony, "I have a trip to Geneva, it is for an economics conference.  We are trying to solve Europe and the Middle East economy."
"Will we have a buffet dinner in the future? I have been on a diet just to get ready for this buffet dinner."
"I do not mind if you are slim or not."
"I concern if I am not slim; but the chef is good at grilling meats, and the dessert, I can eat a lot."
"Actually I want to ask you during the buffet dinner if you can introduce me to help out planning the "Ancient Silk road and sea route" economic development."
"Okay, I shall introduce you to the relevant people after having a buffet dinner."
