George  is on telephone, "Josephine, I had bought a new apartment, a haunted apartment in very low price. I shall sell my present home to hold cash at hand for business uses.
Andy bought another haunted apartment beside mind. But his car park will be used to park your vintage Holden; I have a motor tricycle, and I will buy a used car, can my motor tricycle share a car park with your motor scooter?"
I reply, "Joshua leaves his vintage Citroen to me for a month, I am looking for a place to park my motor scooter."
He says, "What if you let me use your scooter and your vintage Holden, I shall let you use my car park."
I say, "What if you let me use your roof garden, I shall let you use my motor vehicles."
He says, "If you promise me you will not have parties in the roof."
I say, "According to law, three persons gathering is a party. Mr. Lawyer."
