A dream life - 26 Economics

I have friends came from the Southeast Asian Countries, they wish to find out the slow progress of their trading with Hong Kong,and the reason was that the leader is still in his slogan stage, without any action.
I've told my friends that leaders in Hong Kong only use slogans, never actually working.
Let me warn my friends not to make the same mistakes that Hong Kong had made: Policies favour big enterprises, that was the reason for labors discontents.
A healthy economy needs many small businesses, family owned, and business partnerships. Produce value added products using domestic raw materials.
Small businesses such as pearls farming, and making pearls chains, that is value added.  I can operate a wholesale company to export all their pearls products.
Big enterprises cannot help domestic economy, their shareholders never love your citizens.
I want to buy rice noodles, rice powder, freshly frozen vegetables.
Garments are excessive production, I only want cotton socks, and cotton underwear.
