A Dream Life - 25 Blue Moon

Wheatfield Rice, my brother-in-law, father of Cola, husband of Ice-cream. He doesn't want to retire in his 50; and so are his former colleagues, they decide to form a new business in the Big Gulf; just now he asked me about the potential business investment in Big Gulf.
And I had received a letter from an elderly woman in March this year. She said that the government gave HK$ 30,000 per year to her son, to induce him and his wife keeping her at home, not going to the private elderly hostel. Her son and in-law used the money but did not treat her nicely. She wished Carl Smith could win the election, then she could live in public elderly hostel.
Everyone had told me that it must be blue moon, otherwise Carl could not win.
Many of us had been praying for a blue moon in Hong Kong.
It is time to pick up our broken dreams.
I telephone Wheatfield Rice, my brother-in-law, telling him, "I have a plan, but you have to ask my brother Howard to help you applying for a permit to buy a big piece of land in one of the cities in Big Gulf, which allowed to build many blocks of residence for the Hong Kong elderly people to rent their homes (1 million people), because Hong Kong government giving allowance to them,  HK$ 2,000 per month, an elderly person can have decent living standard in Mainland. Inside this blocks of residence, clinics are set up for the Hong Kong doctors to practice in Mainland. And the most profitable business is selling columbariums to Hong Kong residents. If you are interested, please apply a permit from Mainland officials."
I am praying for a blue moon in the Big Gulf.
