A Dream Life - 20 a home

I have a customer has a flat to let,  in the Northern New Territories; however no matter how low the rent, no tenant. Because of too remote and no public transports.
I'd asked her how many landlords want to let their flats in this region?
She replied, "Around 30 flats available to let."
Then I contacted my friend, the union leader of the truck drivers, "Hey man, can you apply a permit from Transport department to pick up the tenants from a remote Northern part of the New Territories region in the morning put them to the nearest train station, and pick them up from the nearest train station in the evening; around 50 persons, and give me a quotation?"
I told my customer, "I'd help you to arrange private bus to pick up your tenants everyday to and from the train station, please add the costs into your rents. Should have tenants interested in your flats."
I become more interested in the landlords in Mainland, that their flats are very close to the Subway station in the Big Gulf region.
I know my sisters, Flower Underwood and Ice-cream Underwood, both of them had been working in Mainland, I want them to help me find out the laws and regulations for Hong Kong residents to understand their legal rights. And allow the Hong Kong residents to inspect the flats before shifting to live in Mainland.
It could be very troublesome, but it is a service, and a business.
