A Dream Life - 16 Investment in the art market

The interest rate given to bonds and saving accounts are recorded low; therefore investors are looking for alternative investments such as expensive metals; land and houses. My suggestion to Joshua is investment on new artists' contemporary art works.
Why it must be new artists?
The value of their works are low and therefore have greater potential to be appreciated.
My sister Flower Underwood is going to Germany & Belgium soon, visiting their famous art exhibitions; looking for the artists and their works.
While Randolph helping Ann and Meggie to purchase the Italian and French art works this June.
Joshua's gallery will be filled with contemporary art works. Therefore Joshua decided to shift his gallery from a factory site to a new address.
By the way, in case my readers want to buy the art works, the name of his gallery shall be "Underwood Marketing Agency" located inside the Shangri-la Hotel.

I'd took a subject, Finance, in my MBA course. It has a formula to calculate the futures of the market. However,  too simple, without putting the economic life cycle & Government policy into consideration, therefore I will not suggest my readers to buy Hong Kong real estate properties, though according to this formula, the future prices of housing will be raising; but with the development of the big gulf, Hong Kong people will shift working location away from Hong Kong; the transportation will become more efficient, no need to live in Hong Kong. And as a result less demand on housing, the price will be dropped.
Likewise, most of the financial planners are keen to steer investors away from art works investments. Their suggestions may be based on the formula to calculate the futures of the market.
Don't forget art works have big buyers, the museums.
And the works of an artist are limited.
Limited supply but constant demand, it is the reason for art works investment.
