A Dream life 11 - Being tied up

Will Mr. Duncan wants a matchmaking? Men are so scared to be tied up by relationships.
Just arrived home, I found Mr. Duncan's voice mail on my cellphone, he said, "Josephine, I don't think I can buy the new house at the Southern Hong Kong Island, my savings are tied up and I must sell all my shares, I need cash to save my friend's enterprise, please find another new buyer, I am sorry."
I ring him up immediately, and ask him, "Peter, you owe me an explanation."
Peter says, "Josephine, my best friend has a world wide business on canned foods, in the past few years prices of meats and vegetables has been fluctuated like a roller coaster, so he decided not to buy raw materials from the markets but investing in his own farms, instead.  But now he is facing cash flow shortage, and the creditors apply to court for liquidation. The only way to help him is to buy his business enterprise, and that will use up all my wealth. And after this takeover, all my wealth will be tied up in this business, and I need to find a job. But I shall employ you to help me making this canned foods business profitable, therefore if you do not accept my job offer, you cannot pay for that house, unless you can find another buyer."
I have to find another buyer, because I do not need two houses.
"Peter, I take your job. However do you need to find a new home instead of living in the hotel? My friend has a vacant apartment, you can afford, but it is the seventh floor just one floor below the roof top and you can use the private roof top garden. It has a 8 foot tall steel fence growing ivy all over it, which makes the sun shines on the roof top only at noon, which keeps downstairs in lower temperature."
"Josephine, thank you so much, but I may not have money to pay for upfront and deposit. I need a job."
"Peter, I can give you a job offer, be my business assistant, you can have basic salary and commissions. I shall pay for your housing benefits. When can you start working?"
I have to cancel the matchmaking party, lucky I didn't sell any party ticket yet.
